• Subscription & payments: product, status, and receipts (processed by Apple/Google; we do not store full card data).
• App content: items you create or upload in the App (e.g., tasks, notes, timers, routines).
• Device & usage: app version, device model, OS version, time zone, language, crash logs, and basic interactions (e.g., session counts, screens visited).
• Diagnostics: performance metrics and crash reports to fix bugs and improve stability.
• Support: information you send us (e.g., emails, attachments, feedback).
• Optional integrations (only if you connect them): calendar, reminders, or third-party sign-in—subject to their permissions and policies.

Examples of common processors (adjust to your setup): Apple/Google for purchases, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Sentry for crash reporting.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and core features.
• Process purchases, manage subscriptions, and verify eligibility.

• App stores (Apple/Google) to process purchases and manage entitlements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share for targeted advertising unless explicitly stated and consented (if required in your region).

5) Advertising & analytics

We may use analytics and attribution tools to understand usage and improve the App. You can opt out where settings are provided or by contacting us.

On iOS, we honor Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). We only use device identifiers permitted by platform policies.

Access, correction, deletion, portability: You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or delete your account and data by emailing ankuriosdev@gmail.com or using in-app controls where available.

Marketing: You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in the message.

Regional rights:

• EEA/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability; right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
• California (CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing; we do not sell personal information. Authorized agent requests honored as required.

9) International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK.

10) Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us to delete it.

11) Do Not Track

Your browser may send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry standard, we currently do not respond to these signals.
